Mission and Vision Our mission is to improve the lives of Mexicans and Mexican Americans, in the U.S. and in México, through access to education. Our vision is that people overcome poverty, live in safe cities and towns, and have access to healthcare, to jobs and to resources that enable them to take care of themselves and their children. Goals Our goals are two-fold. First, enable Mexican immigrant and Mexican American students to attend colleges and universities, by providing them with scholarships. Our belief is that access to higher education will provide students from poor economic backgrounds with access to jobs and opportunities that will improve their lives and allow them to serve as role models for the Mexican community living in the U.S. Our second goal is to empower Mexicans to break the poverty cycle through education and promotion to democracy.
